~miller5: worst customer service ever. Spent over * hours of time trying to get the service and pricing from my visit to an ATT store. No one would hear me, and they just kept apologizing but never helped fix the problem, and now Im getting emails under my address for another customer and they cant fix this either?? Upgrade policy is ridiculous, and insurance a waste. I cant wait to be done with ATT!!!
