~bear196807: wow...tried to talk to a Bola could not understand her...asked for a supervisor and was on hold another ** mins, told her that there must be a lot of mad people that she couldn't find one supervisor that wasn't busy !!! now one has to call me back either today or tomorrow, not gonna hold my breath.
