~Soph : Site was down so I called in to a rude rep who went through entire process of ordering my product and said to call back in an hour. I called back and there was no notes saying I called, I didn't have time for another half hour phone call so I returned call to an unhelpful agent who told me to hang up and call back in which I got the message they were closed. Horriable experience!
