~nickynack: I have a Gatewar with Windows Vista. It came with * reformat discs. Upon being prompted to insert the second disc, i realized that it was faulty. I called customer service in an attempt to get another disc (and found out Gateway was owned by Acer* to my chagrin). The indian guy on the other side kept telling to me download the driver from their website. I kept telling him that I did not need a driver, but an operating system disc. I also kept telling him that it broke mid reformat so there was no way for me to do anything with my computer. I told him this FIVE TIMES and every single time he just repeated that I go to their website and download a driver. I was forced to spend *** bucks on a new copy of Windows *. My computer works great but I will never buy another Acer product again
