GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Adidas customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~RB: Will never purchase from Adidas again. Online order failed therefore I had to call. Placed order over the phone only to discover two days later two chgs to my checking acct. Called to clear up before potentially overdrawing acct. Was assured one chg would fall off. Not so, chgd twice and put acct in the red. Adidas will not cover any fallout and refuses to credit my acct until I drive to Fed Ex to return the shoes they shipped in error. I simply asked for the credit immediately. I'll return their mistake but it is more important to them that they get the shoes back than the headaches and inconvenience they caused me.

~RB: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RB: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Adidas's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RB: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Adidas customers?
~RB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Adidas to know who you are.
