~Anonymous and angry: I wasted a total of ** minutes (* transfers, the last lasting **) in order to get an unlock code for reinstalling my upgrade CS*. Two of the Indians spoke with thick accents, mistaking spelling and numbers. The last one told me I'd have to go online to get my unlock number. I went to adobe.com*getsupport, and THERE IS NO OPTION THERE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION!!! I begin to think they want to force me to buy CS* or * out of desperation. The arrogance of this company is unsurpassed by any other software company.
