~john english: Entered store and * people were waiting to checkout. no one at counter. One clerk trying to find a part in back, second chatting with friend comes inside and continues long drawn out chat, third comes in and immediately answers phone and proceeds to give a lengthy description to caller about testing a relay. Waited ** minutes and no one was helped in the line. two of us left to go to Pep boys. This is not the first problem I've had here but it will be the last.....
