~Amandasmith1011: I tried to order three items from the online website. There was some confusion after putting my credit card it stated that I needed to call customer service. I did so, the first lady tracked my order and then asked to place me on hold. I waited what felt like forever, and then it rang through to Ashley. She could not find my order (Needless to say I was just worried that it charged me and not placed the order due to me placing my credit card info in). After waiting on hold for several more minutes Ashley transferred me to someone else to help with my order. That lady was completely useless and sent me back to Ashley. After a long long wait, Ashley took good care of me. She said she was very sorry for my long wait and for the hassle, there was something going on that would not allow her to order the part but that she would figure it out and on top of that COMP me the whole order for my inconvenience!!
