GetHuman-164398: I've written less than * TOTAL reviews on anything in my life but I had to say something here.**I went in for a battery yesterday and was told I could bring my car back to get it installed today.**I came back and was told they can't touch my car bc it's a hybrid after I explicitly told them it was yesterday. Can I get a charge to get back to my house? No, couldn't do that either. I had to make my wife come out and get me.**Unapologetic and happy he didn't have to install a battery today* that's how they made me feel. **Thanks for nothing. Enough competition out there - wont be back ever again.
