~Ray O.: Ordered two rear gas shocks online from advanceautoparts.com and received both of them a week later in two packages from two different distribution centers (Marion, OH and Knoxville, TN). No wonder why both of them came as different models and don't fit my car. I've contacted customer service rep (Valerie) online and was told that the only solution is to bring both of them to the nearest store which is ** miles away from where I live (including $** in toll charges). This is the real way they treat their customers. Better stay away from them. Worst customer service ever. Waste of time, money and energy.
