GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-v_wolter: Was on hold for ** min, when a recording came on and said their office was now closed. : -( Tried calling them again in the morning, only this time I was on hold for over an hour...still no human was available to answer the line. Waiting a couple hours more to try again, now the line has a busy signal. Prior to making any of these calls, I also tried to conduct my business through their website, but for whatever reason there were technical difficulties. Now, I'm going to submit my * for them to call me back, but I'm not hopeful. I'm paying over $*,*** for each of my tickets, and they're coach seats, for horrible customer service. At this point I'm ready to cancel these tickets because if this airline can't handle a simple customer call, what would happen during an emergency? What a joke. And also, there music they make you listen to while you're on hold *****!!! What more can I say?
