I entered my phone no. on line to receive a call back so I would not have to hold onto the phone for a long time, It called me back right away and put me on hold where I have been for the last ** minutes. I now have to leave so have to go through this process again when I get back home. I am thoroughly frustrated.. I cannot find where it is that I have to call. I need to find out how to redeem points for expedia cruise ship reservations. and noone seems to know or even answer the phone. FRUSTRATED............ i WOULD LIKE A CALL BACK AT *** *** **** AT * PM TODAY
