~krisween: First off, most of the representatives either speak poor English or ghetto. Secondly, my prescription was on back order so Aetna took it upon themselves to call my Dr. without my permission * substitute my current prescription. Keep in mind that my Dr. has NO idea what is covered under my insurance. So, without my verbal permission to fill the prescription that Aetna got from my Dr. they filled the prescription and sent it to me. Here's the kicker they replaced my ** supply prescription which cost me $** for a ** prescription THAT COSTS $**! I have been on the phone for weeks and hours and every deptartment is blaming the other and they refuse to either take the medication back (which is illegal) or refund my money). They said it was my fault for calling in the wrong prescription number. I DIDN'T CALL IN THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION NUMBER THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRITPTION. Now I have to wait ** days for the appeal*grievence for them to come to a decision all the while they are sitting on
