All they repeat over and over is "we are within our timeframe, we say **-** days" They blame every excuse in the book, "your credit card expiration date was hard to read", "we were waiting for verification", "your order is still in processing" It is so aggravating and frustrating and so not worth the convenience it is supposed to be
