~Alexnovo: I take medications which have substantial co-pays. While I am in a co-pay assistance program from the drug manufacturer, which my local pharmacy would honor, Aetna mail order does not (so I have to await reimbursement through the mail from the drug maker. Leaving that aside, each time I reorder, Aetna holds the Rx for several days, then calls me to "let me know" how high the copay is (even though their own records show I have been paying it for years. I then okay the co-pay once again, and then they begin processing, only to hold it again to once again demand verbal confirmation that I will pay. This sometimes goes on for a week or more at which time they will then begin processing the order. I also take other meds. Refilling them takes four to five days from ordering to the meds appearing in my mail box. For these meds, it takes three weeks and if I try to order early enough to avoid being off meds they will not let me. The first time I order these meds, I can understand, but
