~cachef1: Compared to other comments, I received excellent service with this number. It is also the one that Air Berlin lists on it's web site for the U.S.A. The number was busy - but only the *th attempt it connected directly to a representative without a wait. The representative, who was located here in the U.S, could not have been any better. Her customer service skills were a ***. Travelocity had really messed up my reservation so I wanted to go directly to the source. The representative could have pawned me off to Travelocity but did not. She took all the time needed to accomplish what was needed. She apologized for having to place me on hold, although she was so nice I laughed about it with her. I felt as though I had a personal representative. I am not saying every call ends up like this one, but I sure have nothing but great comments and I look forward to getting on my Air Berlin flight.
