GetHuman-346747: Have tried numerous times to reach customer service. Hold times are more than ** min. I have tried various times of days, days of the week to call to to avail. This airline also doesn't let you choose your own seats and if you want to select, they charge. Website is slow and crashes for redirecting too much. Try to book another airline at all costs!
