~Bjoern Koch: Worst Customer service. I have been waiting for a refund of a flight segment since June ****. now almost * month later still no resolution or timeframe when the refund will be issued. Long wait times to talk to a agent and than no answers or false promises form the Agents. This is not a full service airline
