~Aircanadasucks: Hello Mr. Rovinescu,**I am a very upset angry customer. I missed my flight today out of milan because the agents in your airport did not assist and I missed my flights. I *Traveling with two young children and I was left with bags and two young girls at the airport. I was then told that no one in the airport could help they gave me the company phone number and I spoke to an agent you told me " sorry but it is your fault your ticket is lost" when I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me that there was no reason to find another airline to fly. I pleaded with her on the phone that I needed to rebook and she hung up on me. Yes hung up after it took me almost half an hour to reach an agent. As the CEO I would think you would want to know how your customers are treated. I'm here in milan with no way out unless I get a new ticket. I know I'm probably not important but my voice will be heard. **Thank you
