~Towerman: This was fanTAStic for me -- I'm in Thailand without a real cellphone. Air India had cancelled my flight on to Rome! This web-call directly to customer support SAVED me!! THANKS SO MUCH! This allowed me to completely re-schedule and they were extremely helpful and direct. A young man named 'Akshey' helped me out completely. Could NOT have gotten out of this difficult situation without this web-calling bot. Very grateful!
