GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-rjrkbr: *,*** miles went missing from my account. Just as I finally wanted to take a trip.**Since I cannot reach them. I will complain to * BOYCOTT their Partners . I tried by phone, and live chat. They don't have email anymore. I tried everything, and I am patient. But I cannot keep my phone tied up for hours.**And there rewards got so much more expensive. No more gift cards - Dream*Cash miles are not interchangeable. Even so my miles disappeared before Dec.** **** and I cannot even reach them.**I won't do business with thieves. Nor companies that associate with Thieves.**I am still waiting (* hours now - for chat to answer) there were (supposedly * people in front of me. I will leave work soon.
