GetHuman-298981: I travel weekly and this is by far the worst airline customer service of any in the industry. I have been trying for three days to get a seat assignment since the web site can not find my conformation (by the way they charge extra for any seat in the plane (Bait N Switch)). I never actually got through after * days*nights of trying and by selecting every option available. I actually went to the post office * miles away and left my phone on spkr and came back only to hear the same BS recording.*Your better off walking, you can at leaast releave your stress and you will actually get where you are going.*When its all said and done they are not only not cheaper, thay are far more expensive if you take into account the hassle factor. No wonder SW is kicking their
