~BookLover7: When recently purchasing a trip on AirTran Vacations I ran into several problems, after I purchased. First you CANNOT purchase insurance for your trip through AirTran Vacations, not even for the airfare part of the trip, even though it is available if you purchase directly from AirTran. Secondly, when I called to cancel the hotel part of the trip, since they do bill you separately for the hotel (* charges on your credit card) I was told that I had to cancel the entire trip in order to cancel the hotel. Which would add a $** fee or each person (*) on our airline ticket for both ways, plus $** to cancel the hotel. $*** to cancel????? AirTran Vacations Needs to change it's policies. AVOID AirTran Vacations!!!!!
