GetHuman-399288: Called regarding my refund and was told they would get to me when they could! Very rude toned lady sighed as I tried to give a brief description of why I called and said just give me your SS*, then told me to call Mobile office cause they were handling it. When I called there, all I get is automated service that sends my to a mess. That says leave info and someone will call back!!!! Yeah right, I've had several inquires on my **** refund and have been met with rudeness and hostility on every call!!! Sure that y'all have a rough job but who doesn't? Guess y'all just encourage negativity throughout the state run programs which are paid for by the very people who the majority of state employees are treating so terribly!!!! This way of conducting business could not exist in ANY form except government! Go figure, bet if I was a rich fat cat I would have no problem reaching someone with manners to answer a basic question!!! Sure this won't be read anyway!
