~justme : They act as if they know nothing about the power company once someone cuts your power off. Alabama power was cutting mine off while I was in route to pay. I can't help that I get the payment the day of but it was paid and they couldn't even dispatch the driver to put it back on the list. I am a single parent with no income and it takes hours on end to come back and turn the power back on. my kids snacks and foods are in the freezer melting as we speak. the trucks came flying through the project * trucks at that, north Birmingham homes is not that big. but if I was staying in a house they would have taken their Time. IF it was the *th for the trucks to come out they would be out right before they got off or on the *th. Its all about the outside world oh yeah I forgot we are just another statistic. SO WE DON'T COUNT. education or not.

~justme : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~justme : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Alabama Power's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~justme : For that I would say four out of five.

~justme : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Alabama Power to know who you are.
