~Gregg Good: Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. Rude!! Had absolutely no time for me, the customer. Said she sent confirmation of a $** voucher to my e-mail. When we got off the phone, it was not sent. UNBELIEVABLY rude service. I asked for a supervisor, she said she was one!

~Gregg Good: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gregg Good: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gregg Good: For that I would say three out of five.
