~Mike: I went to the counter at Knoxville (TYS) airport and ordered tickets. It was quick and easy. (Buying tickets at the airport saves money regarding Allegiant.) Also, I verified my carry-on bag would not be charged. For those traveling very light, small vintage suitcases from the ****'s were designed to fit under the seat perfectly. Suitcases that fit under the seat are free. Overhead luggage is not free. My only disappointment was that the counter was closed the first time I went to buy tickets. They only keep an employee at the airport counter for one hour prior to a departing flight. That's very, very limited hours.

~Mike: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
