GetHuman-385207: THIS AIRLINE LEFT MY ** YEAR OLD MOM AND ME STUCK!!!!AND NOW REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I WAS ON A FLIGHT AND THE WEBSITE SAYS THEY WERE ONTIME WHEN I WENT TO CHECK IN AT THE AIRPORT THEY TOLD ME ALLEGIANT DON'T FLY ON TUESDAY'S ANYMORE. SO THERE I WAS WITH MY ** YEAR OLD MOM. I BOOKED ANOTHER FLIGHT WITH ANOTHER AIRLINE. THANK GOD FOR USAIR THEY BOOKED MY FLIGHT RIGHT AWAY.I CALLED ALLEGIANT THEY HUNG UP ON ME * TIMES WHEN I GAVE THEM MY CONFIRMATION *. I CAN NOT BELIEVE IN THIS DAY AND AGE THAT AN AIRLINE WOULD JUST LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITHOUT A PHONE CALL FOLLOW UP STATING THEY CHANGED THE RETURN FLIGHT ON YOU. THEY CAN'T JUST CHANGE IT. THEY SAID THEY E-MAIL YOU BUT DON'T CHECK TO SEE IF YOU GET THE E-MAIL (WHICH I DID NOT GET). I NOT ONLY DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK BUT I ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER AIRLINE TICKET UNREAL!!!! I RATE THIS AIRLINE AT A * AND WILL NEVER FLY THEM AGAIN!!!!! THEY SHOULD NOT CALL THEMSELVE A RESPECTABLE AIRLINE. THEY ****!!!!! NOW I AM OUT THE COST OF * RETU
