~BG: Alloy has wonderful clothing for tall girls like me. (im *'**'') it was my second order where my regular size was not the right fit. i returned my order and everything went down hill. i exchanged * pants. after the *rd week of not seeing anything back in the mail i became suspicious and called to check on the exchange. their customers service is very awful and has no consideration for their customers. when i called, i was told that i would be transferred to someone who could help me better with my situation and she sent me to a voice mail instead. i thought that was rude to begin with. second thing, i called multiple times and no one could find the *rd pair of pants returned in the same package along with the other * pairs. im not sure how this happened. it took more than three tries for someone to find it. the lady informed me that by that time, the items were not on sale anymore with made me upset, and that i would have to pay an extra **.** and change. so i agreed and went ahead wi
