~ABRIGGS: I have ordered from here over ** times. Recently I made a call here where I waited ** minutes to speak with a customer service rep who didnt seem to want to help me and was on the phone for *hrs and * minutes. I found out that an order that was returned was credited to my alloy account and not my bank account. I placed an order that day (in June) and they debited my bank account instead of my alloy account. AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SO FAR!! I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY ORDER FROM JUNE!!!
