GetHuman-183632: Living in Alaska, I always read the shipping details over thoroughly. The site claimed my product would be delivered by December **th, if I ordered the day I did, and as long as it was within the continental US. I tracked my package, and the delivery date is set for December **th. I called the customer service line, and asked about the delivery, as my item is a Christmas gift. The lady on the line said that Alaska was exempt. I explained that we are CONTINENTAL, NOT CONTIGUOUS, therefore the shipping would still apply... I had to explain the difference twice... She tried to placate me by saying people that order in Hawaii suffer too... Awful experience, I am warning all of my friends here, and those I have in Hawaii, that this is a terrible company to order from, that makes false claims and advertisements. At least I will have this story to tell my brother as an explanation to why he has no Christmas gift.
