~lance: Suggestion, DO NOT USE THIS ESCROW, it is a scam so alitsource can get all the $$. Service is horrible, no one to talk to, too many people involved. They forget the buyer is PAYING AN ESCROW fee but in turn they get poor service. I am reporthing this company to the California Dept of Real Estate. I feel the DRE neeeds to investigate this company. FYI use your OWN escrow NOT these idiots.
