~isellyuccavalley: This is the worst company, escrow and title I have ever dealt with! I am STILL waiting to close a deal with them. There is NO ONE to talk to, there is no contact. No one speaks English, the listing agent is absolutely horrible! It takes days to get a response. I have been asking for an estimated closing statement for a week, so my cash buyer can wire funds. What a nightmare. I don't know how they stay in business! They are the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with as a real estate agent.
