GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-kayak: Have Prime account. Ordered two items scheduled for delivery on Sunday, March **. I was home all day, items never arrived yet I received an update from Amazon saying "receptacle was blocked" so UPS couldn't deliver. This is a lie.
