GetHuman-dsharba: I returned a paperback book to get the Kindle version and was told not to send the book back. Then I ordered the Kindle version and got a discount because I had ordered the paperback.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Amazon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Amazon problem?
GetHuman-dsharba: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-dsharba: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-dsharba: For that I would say four out of five.
