GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-judyanne: Well * i ordered a coffee machine for around £*** - next day delivery by primecom - received incorrect coffee machine the next day ( value £** ) - called amazon * told could not be replaced under tuesday* ( * days wait ) - i has ordered as birthday present for my son - staying weekend* will be gone by tuesday ! told could use incorrect machine until receive replacement but must then return it . was put through to supervisor who offered £** as compensation *Very angry *no apology * can not see point of returning a used machine - when told that they said they would charge me if i didnt ..... *do not feel good service and also worried as if had had sent direct to my son we would not have realised wrong one and would have been ripped off by over £** *when said i plannned to make a complaint they refused to give me an email address and i now can not find one **judy

GetHuman-judyanne: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-judyanne: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
GetHuman-judyanne: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
