GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amazon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JIM: Very disappointed that I can not acess google play apps store on my Amazon Kindle . I have a subscription that plays on google play that I use on my computer , my two IPADS and my telephone but Amazon will not support this app. * Ive been a loyal Kindle owner but I may consider in the future since Amazon does not want to stay up with the modern times with their software . Also my unit does not support the MSN software that is now advertised to work on Amazon Kindle only if you have a new Kindle I'm told . How about a software update to upgrade your coustomers older Kindles ???

~JIM: For that I would say four out of five.

~JIM: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
