I ordered my Vita through Amazon, and you people claimed it was delivered when today's mail came and went with nothing and even my own mailman saying nothing came. **Talked to a customer service agent who's "looking into it" and I've been on hold for thirty minutes and then your computer hung up on me. How long does it possibly take to find out that it was never delivered?

~Johnny Blaze: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
