GetHuman-shamayn: Communication from the so called management was a horrific experience. I cancelled * weeks before the booked date and just received a bill for a no show. I called and management on duty was rude, interrupted me several times and I couldn't understand what he was saying. I ended the phone call and * minute later he called me back and asked to speak with the Lady he was talking too. Who practices customer service like that, well the management at the americinn located in Kalamazoo Michigan. Not only and I'm worried he won't following through with the cancel request he has my CC info on file to do as he pleases. I am one ticked off woman convinced that if my husband was to call he wouldn't have been treated that way. The only reason I marked * star is because there was no choice for no stars.

GetHuman-shamayn: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-shamayn: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AmericInn's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-shamayn: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-shamayn: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AmericInn to know who you are.
