~Upset women: I stay in the hotel at lease **% of the year. This was the first time I stay in the Americinn, and this will be my last too... The service is horrible, communication is the worst I ever seem. I left my IPad in their property, they got it I asking them to send back I will pay for the charge. The manager told me, she can't ship it, I have to send her box with return postage. Which I did, I spend about $** the two days air and bought special box for my iPad with return fed-ex label. They still not mailing to me. Had to call corporate for help to have them send back due to I needs that iPad for work. Of course, they didn't use the box that I send ($** specia box for iPad) and I had to paid about $*** for overnight fed-ex to return to me. Total to get my iPad back to me cost me about $*** and took ** days to get back to me!!!!!!!!!!!
