~Anonymous: The UK call centre has been moved from Dublin to "pacific". I wanted fare rules for bkg on hold. **mins wait first call cos agent didn't know what the term "fare rules" meant, **mins on *nd call - same problem. Ended up spking to supervisor who answered question in **seconds!! AA need to get their call centre folks in the "pacific" trained. I will call the US number in future, the Dublin staff were always excellent.
