GetHuman-319504: After choosing the 'on hold' option I was simply disconnected after * minutes. Called again and this time chose the 'call back' option' The did call back ** mins later but were unable to cancel or credit the reservation I had made ** mins prior to the call.

GetHuman-319504: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
