~customerserviceplz: Cannot get anyone to answer the phone!?? I have called * times, been hung up on * times and have now waited over *** minutes (which this intake interface won't allow to be entered?)...all I want to know is why has my bag not been found and what are they doing to get it to me???? Asking too much? Where are the people who work for the customer? At a loss to understand why we as customers put up with this kind of service. Will be thinking carefully about which airline to use in the future and won't be checking a bag -- will send priority mail*overnight :-) - more reliable and better service!
