~Ticked Off: Had to postpone a trip for my brother and his caretaker because my brother ended up in ICU and had an operation today (I have a note from the DR.) It didn't make a difference - still have to pay a $*** extra charge for each ticket.Think there will also be a rebooking charge. This doesn't seem fair to me at all.
