~Paul: Lost luggage Sunday ***** Dallas started lost claim at *:** PM. ***** Mon. called & after ** min agent found bag & was told would be in Dallas *****. Received call from Fairbanks Alaska *** and asked when we would pick up bag. She then roughted bag to Dallas for shuttle to Shreveport & delivery *** was told again that bag was in Shreveport & would be delivered. *** called & was again told bag was to be delivered ***. This is Saturday & again at *:** AM told bag was to be delivered. Still on hold * hours & no bag. Have lost count how many times I have been lied too. Will never use or suggest American Airline again. Even when I ever doo get my luggage.
