~Gojira: Useless. After battling their stupid phone menu, which forces me to talk to a computer, it then gave me a busy signal. I called back, went through the long, annoying system again, and then it simply disconnected me. Only after calling back yet again and being hassled by their phone system a third time was I able to speak to someone.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting American Airlines. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a American Airlines problem?
~Gojira: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gojira: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about American Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gojira: For that I would say five out of five.
