~Why now!?!: Website (aa.com) is down hard, nothing comes up, I don't know how long it has been down. I Called customer service, and they told me that they were aware that the site was having problems. When asked, the agent could not provide any information on when the site should*would be back up, the agent was only interested in making me a reservation. I was needing some past travel info, oh well... I guess I should not depend on any company to provide access to my trip data.
