~sd521: had a death of significant other prior to travel submitted * weeks ago all information AA required via certified mailto get refund some miles credited back etc No response and will not give me any phone number to call to talk to anyone directly In mean time travel insurance will not pay as no response and expected to pay to credit card company for all ticket fees as now * months have passed *HORRIBLE service even when submitted all information they requested !! Stay away from American if you can !!!!
