~coastalmaineman: Received letter from AMEX saying "a merchant where you have used your American Express Card for payment detected unauthorized access to their website." I called this number and got right through to customer rep, and a new card with new account * was OVERNIGHTED to me. I was quite positively impressed. A rarity in customer service these days.

~coastalmaineman: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~coastalmaineman: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about American Express's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~coastalmaineman: For that I would say five out of five.
