GetHuman-261934: I called on a Sunday for a water overflow in my kitchen and family room. I provided information to the agent for an approved AHS plumber who was willing to resolve the blockage problem within *-* hours. The plumber was never called and I learned later that, without notifying me, the order was cancelled. No one ever contacted me about coming, and no one ever called me to let me know they had cancelled the request. I had to call a plumber to come to take care of the problem.
